i saw this poster on the way to the post office today, i dont know what its for or why its there but i liked it. i wanted to hug it.

i looked into renewing my passport and talked to a rather angry scottish man on the phone about it for ten minutes or so. he acted like i also worked at the passport office and asked me why i hadnt read the website, i had, its just that all of the directgov web pages are pretty much the most confusing, patience sapping things of all time. anyway, after 11 ctrl t's and some sarcasm i managed to sort it out.

i had pizza for dinner. i feel better.
