canon eos 40d, tokina 12-24mm lens
today we went into central and did some shopping. i used the topman voucher / card thing i got for christmas to buy some new t shirts.
came home, had leek and potato soup and fanta fruit twist. went for a run after my food had gone down and did the longest route yet, it didnt tire me out that much either. i think i need some better shoes though, my ones are too flat and it feels like im running with rubber slabs attached to my feet.
