today is sunday and sunday usually means waking up late, washing everything i own, tidying up and generally sorting out the past weeks mess that has amassed on my bedroom floor.

running was ok today, it was the first time i've run with music in and i dont know whether it helped or not. i was equally as tired as usual at the end. i was listening to minus the bear though, and theyre pretty chilled, maybe i should try some converge next time to make me pick up the pace a bit.
