i didnt sleep last night as part of a pre emptive strike to fix my sleeping pattern before my week off. i dont know if its going to work or not.

then i watched the 'footie', it was pretty typical, but then wayne rooney flipped himself backwards and scored one of the most awesome looking goals ive ever seen ever
afterwards i went over to trafalgar square to take some photos of the celebrations going on in honour of mubarak stepping down as egypts president, it was great to see so many happy faces.
