canon eos 40d, sigma 50-200mm
today i woke up at a normal personish time and had some lunch.
later phil and thom made a dinner of roasted peppers stuffed with cous cous, mozzarella topped with cherry tomatoes. it was really really nice.
running was fine, i think i need to do a longer route though.
also 200th post ever on this version of andinmyhandsacamera, i didnt do anything special for it as we all know what happened with post 100...
